Costa Del Este

Costa del Este is located in the eastern part of Panama City, approximately 15 kilometers from the historic city center and Tocumen International Airport. Developed under a single master plan, the area is now considered one of the most modern parts of the capital. It combines residential developments, business centers, retail facilities, and public spaces.

Costa del Este is home to the offices of international companies, including Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Adidas, Copa Airlines, and Dell Technologies. The area is also one of the largest business hubs in Panama City outside Downtown. Many office buildings are concentrated along Paseo del Mar Boulevard.

One of the district’s main infrastructure landmarks is Town Center Costa del Este, which brings together a shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, the Riba Smith supermarket, fitness centers, and various service providers. Private medical centers and clinics are also located in the area.

The district is known for its large number of international educational institutions. Schools such as Panama College, San Agustin, Brader School, and other educational facilities are located here.

Costa del Este also borders the Santa María community, one of the most recognized master-planned residential developments in Panama City. The project combines modern residential complexes, private residences, commercial infrastructure, and the Santa María Golf Club.
